CAfRIC Intregrated Support Model (CISMo)

CISMo is a CAfRIC program for promoting relational and emotional well-being of leaders and staff in organizations and educators and learners in educational institutions.

CISMo is based on the World Health Organization, Health Promotion Framework and its goal is to help organizations and Institutions flourish by increasing connection and productivity.

We begin by conducting organization wide assessments to scope the needs of the organization, then design targeted inventions to address the needs.

The training is provided in group format and can be done virtually and or in-person depending on the organizations’ preference and budget.
